Our culinary philosophy revolves around freshness and purity of ingredients.  Key ingredients of dumpling filling – tofu is made on premise for outstanding quality and freshness.

Savory crescent-shaped dumplings are all hand bundled in flour wrappers. Dumpling skins are double pressed to make fried dumplings crispier and give more tenderness when steamed.

Most importantly, we believe that genuine and sincere heart is delivered to each dumpling by warmth of hand, and this belief led us to become most reputable place for handmade dumplings to customers nationwide.

In 2007, “Best Dumplings” was relocated to 16Humphrey St Englewood NJ. We proudly represent our brand and we are committed to sustaining best handmade dumplings.
